I forgot to post my last meme! The 9 year old did this one. It's marvelous!

Fall is Fantastic!!!

Five little pumpkins, sitting on a gate.
The first one said, "Oh my! It's getting late!"
The second one Said, "There are witches in the air!"
The third one said, "But we don't care!"
The fourth one said, "Let's run and run and run!"
The fifth one said, "I'm ready for some fun!"
Whoosh went the wind, and out went the lights
The five little pumpkins rolled out of sight.

To be honest, that little poem I have stuck in my head amidst the paraphernalia stuck from my misspent youth is probably 7 pumpkins instead of 5. Don't tell anyone! Particularly my mother. Hi mom!

I had this thing for a few days where I decided to take a photo of every sunrise and sunset for a year. Yeah. A year is a lot longer than a few days, but I forget that sometimes. Anyway, life is crazy, things are hopping, and I'm kind of dizzy with all the things I'm not doing. Pile of laundry on the couch, I'm talking to you!

Anyway. I hope you're fall is fantastic and you don't have to sew five Halloween costumes this week.

It's HERE!!!!!! So happy about it!!!!

Well, the day has come that we've all been waiting for, the day Butcher Baker goes out into the world on wings of darkness, a wind of mystery, a shadow of romance and of course, a lot of baked goods. I'm not going to lie. Every time I worked on this book I wept from the shocking lack of baked goods in my life right now. We have a bread maker, but no oven. I wanted to have a baked good party for this release, maybe I will later, after out kitchen is finished. I have faith that it will happen. Some day.

Anyway, I would like to encourage everyone who has read Butcher Baker to leave an honest review so that I can break the 10 review limit that most promo sights require before they put up your books. I would love to be able to do a promo while it was still fall.

This blurb bit was written by my lovely 11 year old. I made all the literate members of my family do one, so the 9 year olds is coming up, maybe tomorrow if I have time.

Things I've been doing.

Beading and embroidering for this fantastic ballgown. We must make these from time to time. Yes. I'm doing these for covers. I think I really like to write, just so that I can dress people up and take pictures of them in bizarre clothing. Beautiful.

Also cabinets. Yes, I'm finished with the first half of them. Yay! And they are as deliciously gorgeous as I hoped they'd be. :D

Also field trips with kids, pumpkins, etc. and formatting. OH!!!! The paperback of Water gambit is live! You can buy it here!!!!!

unglazed but perfectly pretty.

left is glazed, right is just the paint. Oh how I love the glaze, let me count the ways...
In process. It's like a glorious oil painting. Because, er, it is.

My painting clothes. And gloves. And hair. I should have pulled it back first. I kept having to fish hairs out of my paint.

Working on my beading project during General Conference.

My name in lights. (light pen at the kid's museum)

My hair after I took it out of the braids. And chocolate.

The kids were all screaming and hammered and I'm just chill like, 'my hearing is going and it doesn't bother me, scream all you want.' ;)

This is the bodice of the dress for my cover of Hotblood. I love it so much. I want it. Does it need more beads? Hmmm

Leaves in the pond because it's FALL!!!

I love the stem on this gourd.

Got my mums planted. :)

For my mother, because she wanted to see my happy birthday to me outfit, got the linen jacket done. Yay! Also the red riding hood felt doll ...
